Ingredients:
• 3 cups white chocolate chips
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1¾ cups Dulce de Leche caramel (can be replaced with a can of condensed milk +
½ cup caramel sauce)
Instructions:1. Line a square pan with parchment paper and grease it with cooking spray.
2. In a microwave-proof bowl, place the white chocolate chips and butter (if using
condensed milk, it should be added at this step) and then, microwave on high for 1-2
minutes until the contents melt.
3. After ensuring that the mixture is lump-free, add vanilla while stirring.
4. Add the Dulce de Leche caramel and stir gently until the desired swirl effect is reached.
5. Pour the warm fudge mixture in the prepared pan and spread to the desired thickness.
6. Sprinkle the remaining mini chocolate chips on top while pressing them gently into the
fudge.
7. Refrigerate the fudge for a while (about 30-60 minutes).
8. Cut the fudge into squares and then serve.
Notes:
Store the caramel fudge in an airtight container, and in the refrigerator. Use wax paper to
separate the fudge cubes.
